Mr. Lofquist is Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Concordia.  He joined Concordia in April of 2005.  He brings over twenty years experience in Finance, Accounting, and Mergers and Acquisitions, spanning Manufacturing, Distribution and Service.  He is a proven leader, excelling in process improvement and building financial stability.  Mr. Lofquist was the Division Controller for Riverdeep Interactive Learning and previously Chief Financial Officer for Flohr Metal Fabricators, Inc. a position he held for over twelve years.  Mr. Lofquist is a graduate of Washington State University.
