Inside Sales Representative

General Description:

Concordia Coffee Systems, located in Bellevue, WA. manufactures and sells world-class commercial espresso systems. We are looking for a full-time Inside Salesperson. The job duties require daily outbound calling (cold & warm) to prospects on target account lists, existing customers, meeting and exceeding quotas, regular reporting of progress and next steps, and preparing quotes and converting them to sales orders efficiently. This is a full-time employee position.  Successful candidate will provide all initial follow-up on leads, create all dealer quotes and close dealer orders, assist Regional Sales with key account development and implementation, generate sales orders, and assist in developing additional business with existing key accounts.  Compensation is a combination of base salary, commission, team incentive, and company incentive.

Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
This position requires an aggressive and enthusiastic phone personality. Excellent verbal and written communications skills are required. Must be able to communicate effectively over the phone and email with decision makers. Must know Word and Excel.  Successful candidate must be a team player and have proven skills in developing and cultivating cross-functional relationships.  Successful candidate will exhibit personal drive and desire to succeed.  This position reports directly to the Vice President Sales and Marketing and will be located in Company Headquarters in Bellevue, Washington.

Marketing Manager

General Description:
Concordia Coffee Systems, located in Bellevue, WA. manufactures and sells world-class commercial espresso systems.  We are the world leaders in self-serve espresso.  We are looking for a Marketing Manager to assist us in driving our rapid growth.  The Marketing Manager will be responsible for all traditional marketing programs for our Domestic US Sales operations.  Successful candidate will be responsible for managing all tradeshow activities; creating and managing the pricing matrix for key and major accounts; analyzing the marketplace and creating target account lists and account profiles; developing and managing customer and prospect communications programs; developing, creating, and managing all sales promo materials and collateral; managing a successful public relations program; managing content and updates on the Concordia website; and working with our Regional and National Accounts organizations to support their prospect and customer activities.  Compensation is a combination of base salary, team bonus, and company incentive.

Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
Successful candidate must have prior experience in developing and creating marketing collateral, hands-on experience in managing and updating company website, prior experience in supporting sales teams, personal experience in managing trade shows, knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Illustrator, Excel, etc.  Candidate must also have a passion for customer satisfaction.  This position reports directly to the Vice President Sales and Marketing and will be located in Company Headquarters in Bellevue, Washington.

Director, National Accounts

General Description:
Concordia Coffee Systems, located in Bellevue, WA. manufactures and sells world-class commercial espresso systems.  We are the world leaders in self-serve espresso and are looking for a Director, National Accounts to assist us in driving our rapid growth.  The Director, National Accounts will be personally responsible for developing relationships, and selling our products in national chain accounts.  Successful candidate must have existing established relationships with QSR’s, Chain Restaurants, and other targeted national account customers.  Knowledge and experience in the coffee industry is a plus.  Successful candidate must be willing to travel.  Compensation is a combination of base salary, commission, and company incentive.

Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
Successful candidate must have experience in developing business in a major account environment and be capable of working with accounts that will each purchase over 100 units per year.  Candidate must be able to work at all levels of an organization.  Excellent speaking, presentation, and writing skills are required.  Candidate must be a self-starter, think strategically, and be capable of driving program implementation.  This position reports directly to the Vice President Sales and Marketing and will be located in Company Headquarters in Bellevue, Washington.
