Mr. McLaughlin, Vice President, Innovation and Development, is responsible for the technical direction and evolution of the Company’s products and intellectual property to meet the ongoing and emerging needs of our customers.  Prior Concordia, he served in store development management at Starbucks Coffee Company and in operations management Honeywell International. Mr. McLaughlin has over 25 years in product development, operations, and technical management.  A Licensed Professional Engineer, he holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington and a US patent in micromachined devices.
