Announcing the Concordia  “President’s Hotline”

For some time we’ve been surveying our customers to determine what’s important to them in choosing a commercial Self-Serve Espresso System. We have also been asking them how we are performing against the promises we made when we sold them their machines.

We’re pleased to say that the results of the surveys are very positive. We have also used the information that our customers provided us to make changes in the design, manufacturing, and servicing of our equipment. The impact of these changes is showing, and our customers now agree with us when we say that we make the most reliable espresso machines in the world.
