Become a Certified Concordia Coffee Systems technician.

Current Concordia Field Service Certification Training is offered for the following models:

• XPress 6
• Integra
• Integra 1
• Integra 4
• 2500i & 2500s
• 1500s & 1500i

 Instruction Fee: $500.00** (US) includes:

       Hands-on Training covering the following:

• Espresso and Gourmet Espresso Beverages, what are they?

• Installation
• Operation
• Calibration
• Diagnostic Evaluation and Repair
• Parts Removal and Replacement

Classes are interactive with a fully operational Concordia Coffee Systems. Students will disassemble and re-assemble the machine and perform diagnostic troubleshooting, repair and calibration techniques that deliver the highest quality Espresso Beverages.

Materials provided with the cost of the class:

• Service manual (specific to the training class)
• User’s Guide (specific to the training class)
• Parts List

Classes are held at the home office of Concordia, Inc. in Bellevue, WA.

Classes may also be conducted at various locations within our service coverage zones for an additional cost.

Class size is limited to 6 students per class.

Class length: Models 2500s & 2500i = 3 days : Models 1500s & 1000i = 2 days : Xpress 6 & Integra Series = 4 days

Class time: 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM with time out for lunch and breaks
